Volunteer Commitment

Volunteer commitment deposit of $200 will be due at registration. This will be reimbursed upon completion of volunteer commitment. If you volunteered at a winter drop in, bingo/casino, or 4 on 4 Tournament since the end of the 2024 season please contact volunteer@parklandposse.com for a promo code to eliminate this charge.

Equipment Bags

At time of registration, you will have the option to order a Parkland Posse Equipment bag. $120 for a 'runner' bag and $135 for a goalie bag. Goalie bags do NOT have wheels. This option will be removed from the registration process on February 2nd so the order can be made and the bags received for the start of the season. Please Note, this is optional. Posse bags are not a requirement for any player.

All bag purchases are non-refundable.

Shorts

A new pair of shorts is not required for each season. They are the same colour / graphics year over year. If your player has not outgrown theirs and they are still in good shape you are not required to order another pair. This is optional for each family based on the condition of the players existing shorts.

Team Formation & Friend Request Policy

Friend Requests are requests for players to be placed on the same team as one of their friends. In certain divisions the Parkland Posse will consider these requests but there is absolutely no guarantee whatsoever. It is important to understand that our first priority is creating teams that are fairly balanced and competitive, in an attempt to ensure that every player in the association has a fair and equitable season. Priority is given to requests for siblings to be on the same team - there is no need to submit a friend request for brothers/sisters.

Only one (1) friend request per player can be submitted
The request must come from BOTH sides. For example, it is not enough for Johnny to submit a friend request to be on a team with Jenny - Jenny also has to submit a request to be on a team with Johnny.
Friend Requests must be submitted to your division director prior to evaluations
No friend requests permitted in U13, U15 and U17
